Public Input is allowed, 3 minutes, at the beginning of each meeting. Attending this meeting allows you to see the Commissioners and Executive Director Adan Muñoz in action, questioning sheriffs and county commissioners from all over Texas about reported problems at their jails.

Dallas County is always there, but an always changing list of other counties, some you never heard of come in to describe their various situations and sometimes provide amazing excuses; many are packing heat. Usually runs about 3 hours.
