A short story from WOAI says Taylor died while still in the holding cell:
WOAI TV, SAN ANTONIO – Authorities are investigating a death at the Bexar County jail on Wednesday morning.
The medical examiner has confirmed that they responded to the jail for a 30-year-old man who had died. The man turned himself into the jail Tuesday night due to outstanding warrants. He was not processed and was put into a holding cell to wait. When officers went to check on him, they found him dead.
Reportedly, there are no signs of foul play and they are still investigating this death.
