• During the walkthrough of the facility, significant preventative maintenance issues were identified. These include E2 dayroom metal bench cracked, roof leaks in E4 & W4 and cracked/chipped non detention grade mirrors throughout the facility. This issue was noted as technical assistance during the FY 2018 annual inspection.
