During the review of classification records, the Inspector noted that eight of the fourteen inmate classification files selected for review were scored incorrectly using the facility’s Objective Classification Plan. As a result of these classification errors, inmate housing assignments were also affected. A review of current housing assignments identified three inmates who were housed inappropriately, as facility records indicated that minimum- and maximum-custody inmates were not housed separately in accordance with established classification requirements.
