During the walk-through, this inspector observed several inoperable lights, inoperable sinks, multiple receptacle face plates missing, electrical boxes that were hanging with exposed wiring, shower curtains hanging from smoke detectors and a shortage of inmate mattresses. There were television observed to be hanging by sheets in some inmate cells and not properly mounted.
