- During the review of 30 minute face to face observations in holding and detox, it was determined staff exceed the required checks by one minute up to eighty five minutes.
- During the review of health service documentation, it was discovered the jail staff were not notifying the magistrate as required by Article 16.22 of the CCP.
- During the review of health services documentation, no CCQ’s could be located in the inmate files. Their was no notation on the intake screening form for Suicide and Medical/ Mental/Developmental Impairments that a CCQ had been run as required.
