Cameron Co. Sheriff Omar Lucio blames their latest non-compliance on "different inspectors, some with different levels of experience, as well as changing laws." There is really no excuse for following a rule that has been in place for 25 years! I would like to know how sanitation is related to "different inspectors" or "changing laws."
