Documentation reviewed and received failed to show that all staff received training during 2nd and 3rd quarter of 2021. (During the June 2021 annual inspection, Technical Assistance was provided and documentation was requested for review to ensure compliance with minimum jail standards. )
Jail personnel failed to notify the magistrate within 12 hours as required by 16.22 on multiple occasions and in instances where they were notified, notification exceeded the 12 hour time frame by anywhere from 20 minutes to 8 hours
