During the review of life safety documentation, it was noted that the most recent Fire Official inspection was conducted on April 16, 2025. This resulted in the inspection being two months overdue at the time of review. Staff were reminded that Fire Official inspections are required to be completed on an annual basis to maintain compliance.
During the review of recreation documentation, it was determined that staff were unable to provide evidence through documentation that recreation activities were offered at least three times per week for the months of March through May 2026. Staff were reminded documentation of physical exercise and physical recreation shall be maintained for Commission review. Each inmate shall be allowed one hour of supervised physical exercise or physical recreation at least three days per week.
