1 staff member did not sign/complete the required quarterly
training [for emergency situations] for the first quarter of 2026.
While conducting a mock fire drill, staff were unable to
properly demonstrate how to use the SCBA along with
what emergency equipment needed to be brought.
The facility was past the annual Fire Marshal inspection by
5 months.
Staff were not processing inmates in accordance with Veterans Reentry Search Service (VRSS) requirements.
