Notes and Summary

• The generator at the annex was identified as having load transfer time greater than the 10 seconds allowed by NFPA Code 110. Transfer time was 21 seconds.
• The showers throughout the main jail were observed to have exposed concrete, fruit flies and an unknown black substance on the walls. The shower sanitation issues were a deficiency on the 2018 and 2019 annual inspections. The inspection team also observed sanitation issues in the kitchen including unresolved areas identified from
  the 2019 Health Inspection Report
• The main jail was indentified to have false secure door indicators on the control board, numerous lights out throughout the facility and several exposed wall joint gaps throughout the facility.
