Falls County (Special) Non-Compliant Jail Report

• After receiving and reviewing information from a confidential source, it was determined that an inmate was able to bring a cellphone into the facility, where he took pictures of himself and posted them directly to his Facebook page while in custody at the Falls County Jail. (Note: Possession of a cellphone in a secure detention facility is a violation of TPC 38.11 and is a 3rd degree felony.)
• Based on the information received and reviewed, the possession of a cellphone inside the Falls County Jail went undetected by jail personnel, who failed to conduct thorough searches for contraband

An inmate took pictures of himself and posted them directly to his Facebook page while in custody at the Falls County Jail.
