• Missing locks were observed in housing units A, B, C, D, N, P, and Q. All other areas have been replaced and are operable.
• On housing units A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and H, two-way voice communication could not be achieved due to missing or inoperable intercoms.
• At the time of the Inspector the smoke management system was not operable. Liberty County is currently in contact with a vendor to repair or replace the system.
• The inspector observed damaged or inoperable light fixtures in housing location currently not occupied by inmates.
